Back to School ABCs

Preamble:

Welcome back Dekalb County studs. It was warm and humid in the parking lot of DHS. Eleven men gathered to celebrate the second day of class with a focus on ABCs.

Warm-O-Rama:

In-cadence, SSH (15), Imperial Walkers (15) and Mercans (10) rinse and repeat. Next up Cotton Pickers (15), Mountain Climbers (15) and Sumo Squats (15) in-cadence rinse and repeat.

The Thang:

Run out of the lot and around to the front. Split into 3 groups for ABCs. At the stretching spot 20 Advanced Boat Canoes (A) at the light post 15 Broad jumps toward the school (B) and in the Gazebo (aka Pagoda) 10 Chin-ups (C) for 2 rounds. Plank for the 6.

Mosey to the benches in the front of the school for 11s of Step-ups and Derkins.

Mosey on to camera area for wall sits and BTTW. Counting off.

Mosey around to the back of the school with a quick bear crawl mixed in to the light pole. One time around the track to say Hi to Red Bird, discuss Poison’s gap year and then to the flag pole for some Mary. Quick 10 count from Radar. 20 LBCs IC, 20 Mason twists IC and then 20 Heals to Heaven OYO.

Mosey back to the parking lot for a repeat of the ABCs. You can’t get enough of the basics at the start of a new school year!

Announcements: Prayers for Fireballs and Fizz recovering. Stripper has a Men’s prayer group on Fridays.  Radar took us out with prayers.
