No Fooling, the Count was 18!

Preamble:

So a bunch of guys in Dunwoody opted for the Red Pill and so the story begins.

The good news is, that almost everyone who came out for week 1 of the Iron PAX challenge, showed up again on Thursday (and even a few PAX who were not there, but did the challenge on their own in between and still came out).

Heck, even Cashbox decided he wanted in on the fun and so he did the challenge on his own! Boom.

The rest of us, well we found other ways to occupy ourselves for 45 minutes.

Oh and did I mention, 18 PAX , that’s right, 18, a new high for Shadow! And with that, time to get it on.

Warm-O-Rama:

Two rounds of warm-ups. All IC, x15 and then x10. Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walker, Squats, Cotton Pickers, and Floyd Mayweather’s (into 30 second Plank).

Enough of that, time to get it on.

The Thang:

Time for a little Parking Lot Dora. For some of the brothers, it was time for them to learn something new. 1st partner ran up the parking lot and back down, while the 2nd partner did some things and then they changed places. Those things were merkins, squats and LBCs, 100, 200 and 300.

Someone implied that we needed to check in on Cashbox, so we decided to mosey, down to the track. Once we confirmed that he was indeed alive, we went over to the bleachers for another all time favorite.

Super 21 was the super set and it goes like this, 1 dip, 1 incline merkin and 1 squat. After that 2 dips, 2 incline merkins and 2 squats. Next up..well you get the idea. It was around 4 or 5 that Snake Oil considered betting that we would do Super 21, just not after Dora.  Surprise Surprise.

Somewhere between 18 and 19, YHC called an audible and we moseyed back to the track to clap Cashbox in and then we kept going over to the flag where we circled up for some Mary. (All IC and all x15). Pretty sure there was some Low Dolly, Low Flutter, Oblique Left and Right.

COT:

We learned all about our FNG, Oren, a Dr. and friend of CIA and Ricochet, who was promptly nicknamed Dorian and then Rambo took us out!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

So overwhelmed at where this AO is today from where it was when i joined a little over 4 years ago, and would not trade these brothers and all the experiences for anything…well except an AO by a beach, but that’s a whole different thing.
