Return of the Dirty Sanchez

Preamble:

Not too creative this time. Just recycled an old favorite with a slight adjustment.

Warm-O-Rama:

At 0530 we moseyed to the football field parking lot for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and Windmills.

The Thang:

From there we took the back road towards the wall. Apologies to the PAX for some muddy kicks. We made our way over to the low wall where we kicked off another edition of the Dirty Sanchez. Last time no one completed 4 rounds. There was no mention of this prior as it would have put Aflac in overdrive to achieve it but I was keeping track. It goes like this:

10 Mike Tysons on the wall

Bear crawl up the first ramp

Marta rails along the second ramp

Mosey to first light pole: 7 burpees

Mosey to corner: 10 Cinder Thusters

Mosey to the school carpool lane: 7 Burpees

Around the loop: 10 Dips on the bench

Back to the parking lot, stop at the light: 7 Burpees

Over to the curb: 10 Durkins

Bear crawl down the first ramp

Marta rail down the second (lots of modification here)

Rinse & Repeat

Led Zeppelin provided the soundtrack. Thanks Biebs for the speaker. We cut the last round short with 20 Durkins as a group then moseyed back to the flag exactly as time expired.

I believe once again everyone completed three rounds. No one finished 4.
