SSH IC x 15, and we’re off- follow me- mosey around back of school up to tennis courts for: MC’s IC x 15, Low Slow Squats IC x 15, Mosey over to Vanderlyn for stations (on flat putting green surface behind playground)
Station 1: 5 burpees, bearcrawl to Station 2 for: 10 squats, backwards run to Station 3 for: 10 Merkins, run to Station 4: for 10 pull-ups Rinse and repeat x 4.
Next: Mary: LBC’s IC x 25, Medium Leg Raises IC x 15, Mason Twist IC
Mosey over to stone wall for jump ups and dips 3 sets: 10 jump ups OYO, 15 dips, IC
Cherokee run back out to Vanderlyn Dr. bottom of hill for planks: into merkins: x 5.
Mosey over to steps on back of school near parking lot for calf raises: regular x 30, TIHO x 15, TOHI x 15 IC
Up to parking lot for some light for Merkins: IC x 25, Incline Merkins x 5, Derkins x 5 IC
Plank it up, various, into Merkins x 5 IC
Heals to Heaven IC x 15
