40 Days until 2020

Preamble:

Can you believe it!  Only 40 days left in the new year.  So for the beatdown, YHC instructed headlamps for everyone.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey towards the HS track for a 10 SSH’s, 10 Hillbillies, 10 Windmills, and 10 Squats for a total of 40.

The Thang:

Starting at the track everyone did 10 burpees at all four corners of the football endzone.  Total of 40.

Then we moseyed through the CC trail to the High School Hill.  We made a few stops for a total of 40 merkins .

We did forties at the Hill.

Starting with 30 Merkins at the bottom and 10 Groiners at the top.  Then 20 and 20 and then 10 and 30.

Then the pax headed out of the school by the road and pulled into the church parking lot (new area for the pax)  YHC has done some scouting and we were found a new trail that dropped us off in North Park.  Back to the flag for a few minutes of Mary.

COT:

Our very own Crikey is leading an interchurch service tonight at Alpharetta UMC.  I believe it starts at 7:00…

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Shout out to our Nantan as he brought coffeeitera for the Pax.  (This time he decided to park away from the sprinklers!)
