Preamble:

I teased a game to celebrate the end of IronPax 2020.

But it was still September and so I put together my own IronPax workout featuring the best of September.

The Thang:

Here is the list for this morning. It also includes 3 burpees every five minutes (a generous change)

Each round was 250 reps, plus we did 40 burpees. Most got into the second round of curl presses when time hit. Submit your scores to wherever you want.

Murder Bunnies on the pavement meant a coupleocouple broken blocks. Replacements to be provided.
