Another twelve days of Christmas style beatdown. During round 1, you complete the exercise from round 1. Round 2, you complete the exercises from round 2 then 1. Round 3, you complete the exercises from round 3, then 2, then 1. Inserted some runs into the mix as well.

Round 3: 15 Derkins

Round 6: 30 Single Leg Lunges

Round 7: 45 Mountain climbers
Round 8: 50 Step Ups
Round 9: 55 Dips

A few minutes before 6:15 we head back to the flag and wrapped things up.
