Birthday week part 2

Preamble:
As YHC setup cones (pain stations) around the parking lot, noticed the moon was very bright/dark red ( blood moon), it was indescribable. Hopefully the feeling would transfer to the beat down as well.
Warm-O-Rama:
After a quick disclaimer, moseyed around the parking lot and circle up for warm-up. We did weed picker, SSH, windmills & imperial walker.
The Thang:
YHC setup 6 pain stations. Each station has 4 different exercises and the total reps on each station was 56. The rule was once you finished one station before going to the next station, you must run a lap around all the stations. These were the exercises:
- #1 Merkins (17), American Hammer (17), Calf Raise (17), Burpees (5)
- #2 Diamond Merkins (17) , Inch Worm (17), LBC (17), Burpees (5)
- #3 Plank Jack (17), Lunges (17), Wide Merkin (17), Burpees (5)
- #4 Copper Head Squat (17), Flutter Kick (17), Bear Crawl (17), Burpees (5)
- #5 Carolina Dry Dock (17), Sumo squat (17), Star Jump (17), Burpees (5)
- #6 Imperial Walker (17), Mountain Cliber AC (17), Squat (17), Burpees (5)
Rinse and Repeat.
With about 5 minutes left YHC called for time and moseyed back to the flag (actually no flag, YHC forgot to take out the flag ) for some Mary: Gas Pumper, Dying Cockroach and 2 more that YHC couldn’t remember.
COT:
Pray for Boomer’s brother family situation, travel mercies. Announcement about the CPR class on Thursday June 3 (check slack).
Naked-Man Moleskin:
