Preamble:

The birthday week continues. As I had a bd dedicated to me yesterday at Windjammer without even asking I didn’t do much in the way of theming or forcing high rep counts.

Warm-O-Rama:

Jog around the block for SSH, Toy Soliders, and Hillbillies

The Thang:

We head down to the playground where I am thrilled that Miller Time is already upset at the idea of another Murph. I miniaturize it with half reps and then have everyone partner up to further ease the counts.

Once finished we head up to the pavillion for round 2. Switch up partners.

Off to the rock pile by the pool.

Partner A bear crawls half way across the lot and jogs back to switch out. Like riding a bike says Locksmith as he bear crawls for the first time in a few years.

Start back to the flag but hold up for escalating four corners around the lot

5X Hammers, 10X Merkin, 15X Freddy Mercury, 20X Squat Jumps
