PAX (15): Angus, Saint20, Sugar, Scrooge, Boomer, Ballboy, Sunshine, Meatball, Feathers, Popper, Scully, Wingnut, Maguire, ReadyMix
Preamble:
First step, beat the alarm. I’m not sure what happens if you sleep in on two of your Q’s in a row, but I didn’t find out. Step 2, load all of the crap up that we haven’t used in a year b/c it wasn’t cool to swap sweat during Covid. Step 3, drive over and set up the back lot with all the crap I loaded up. 5:30 we ready to roll.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot and back around to the flat for some various warm-up type exercises. I’m pretty sure we did Weedpickers, Batwings, and Copperhead Squats. That sounds like something I would do and I really don’t remember.
The Thang:
Stations…15 in total. One minute in each station and we rotated when the bell rang. Stations included some bodyweight exercises and some weighted fun. We did one full round and switched up the exercises on the second round. All set to an awesome hand picked selection of tunes by YHC!

Naked-Man Moleskin:
Maguire dropped an awesome truth nugget over coffee talking about starting your day off right in prayer/reflection. He also shared a diagram us Perimeter guys are used to showing how most ‘try’ to relate to God and why that causes frustration. I thought that this would be a great truth nugget to drop when I heard Jeff go through it again a few weeks ago during a sermon.
For those that missed, below is a link of our lead pastor Jeff Norris walking through that same diagram. Feel free to listen to the whole thing, but 32 minutes in would be a good jump in point for the set-up and the diagram.
