F3 Deck of Cards Raptor Style

Preamble:

This would be my first trip over to the Raptor and I was pretty stoked to see a new blank canvas of an AO.  5:30 on the dot and 5 PAX were ready to hit the gloom together.

Warm-O-Rama:

We moseyed around the back side of the school where there was a wall waiting for us for 45 seconds of BTTW.  15 seconds extra for a bonus.  Next up was SSH, then Windmill, finally finishing up our warmup with 10 pull-ups on on the playground.  On to the main event.

The Thang:

F3 Deck of Death combined with an old school Outkast playlist.

• Add 10 reps to all cards that have a number
• Royal is 25 reps
• Aces are 100 reps
• Jokers are pick your poison
• After each exercise, short mosey and back

6:15am rang on our last rep, so no time for Mary.

COT:

Great to share the gloom with Pitstop, PI, Lumbergh & Zohan.  It’s nice to workout in smaller groups due to the increased fellowship it brings.  Looking forward to being a frequent visitor over time.  YHC is positive this will be a thriving AO in no time at all.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

TCLAPS to Pitstop and PI for getting this off the ground.  Lots of Sadclowns in this area.
