YHC had a Birthday Q planned for last week, but was out for BRR so I promised the PAX I would have a BBQ (Belated Birthday Q….thanks Milli Vanilli for that abbreviation!). Here we go!

Grab a smooth WJ coupon. Taking a cue from an ‘All About the Benjamins’ routine, we’re going to be doing an ‘All About the False Starts’ (no, not going back 10…erm, 5 yards). Everything is 39 reps, for my 39 trips around the sun. We completed 3 rounds, here’s what we did:

Whoa, last year of my 30s! Couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate, albeit a few days late. This group continues to challenge and push each other no matter what obstacle, it’s amazing. I’m grateful for the past year spent with these HIM and look forward to many more to come.
