Warm-O-Rama:

Quick lap around the church to get warm with 10 merkins in the first corner and 5 burpees on the back straight.

The Thang:

Continuous circuit in a circle with each Pax starting with a different station. Exercise for 1 minute at each of the following stations:

  • Cleans w/ 50lb Atlas ball
  • Wood chopper w/ cinder
  • Chest press w/ 35lb Atlas ball
  • Lawn mower w/ cinder
  • Deadlift w/ cinder
  • Side bend w/ cinder
  • Curl-to-press w/ cinder
