Foley’s BB

Preamble:

AOQ reached out for volunteers, and YHC felt it was time to lead Atlas. Been there many times but never as a stand-alone Q.

Warm-O-Rama:

Started with the following:

weedpickers

toy soldiers

copperhead squat

copperhead merkin

The Thang:

Going through the exicon, YHC found a few interesting things and thought I’d be smart to try one out. Appears those boys at badapple are ahead of the curve and recently did the Gorilla complex. Which we did today and consisted of 8rounds of the following:

8 curls

8 bow ties

8 OHP

8 skull crushers

8 merkins

Then farmer carry down to fire hydrant and back. Rinse and repeat 8 times.

next moves the cinders about 30 feet apart, did some 11s with big boys with cinders and rows. Bear crawl between cinders. Once that hit it was time.

COT:

Prayers for Ukraine as the impact can be more local than expected (coworkers with Ukrainian in laws, friends with Ukrainian coworkers, etc).

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Noted afterwards that Q’ing Atlas ain’t easy. Hard to plan and keep everyone moving for 45 minutes without incorporating running.
