Working out to really long songs

Preamble:
I showed up the park early to see if Sprocket was rucking. He was and I started yelling at him, which he didn’t acknowledge. Then I briskly started walking after him, but he disappeared. I meant to mess with him, but I think he ended up messing with me…
Warm-O-Rama:
Toy Soldier x 10
Copperhead Squats x 10
Copperhead Merkins x 10

The Thang:
To Rancid’s smash-hit “Fall Back Down”, the PAX is to SSH. Every time they say the lyric “fall back down”, the PAX is to do a burpee. Despite many guesses, no one got the band.
Next, with your kettlebell:
- 2 front raises
- 2 overhead press
- 2 squats
Increase by 2 after each set (4 front raises, 4 overhead press, etc.), for the duration of Metallica’s cover of “Tuesday’s Gone” (which it is, since it’s Wednesday). The song was just over 9 minutes and everyone was really happy about that.
We went for a fairly long mosey down the trail.
Back at the flag. With your kettlebell:
- 2 V-Chops
- 2 thrusters
- 2 side-lunges
Increase by 2 after each set (4 V-Chops, 4 thrusters, etc.), for the duration of Pink Floyd’s live “Run Like H3LL.”
Another mosey. Back at the flag.

- 20 Halo’s
- 20 Swings
- Lap
2 Rounds:
- 20 V-Ups w/KB
- 20 Box Cutters w/KB
We finished the last minute with some shoulder taps.
COT:
Prayers for No-See-Um as him as his wife travel to the Dominican. He M is working on some health issues before they leave. Prayers for Woody’s M regarding the issues with her back. Also, prayers for Woody’s brother Drew. Prayers for The Burn’s M as well.
