Don’t curse around the kid

Preamble:

4 Pax ventured out for a pre run prior to the main event.  The run was glorious, what else can you say.

Warm-O-Rama:

Snowman had to roll out to a cheer competition prior to the main event.  His presence and insight was greatly missed. We did a walk/shuffle combo to the top of the parking garage where we had a brief discussion of Q source 2.4.

The Thang:

Pax completed a nice 45 min ruck with an attempt to conquer the fairy garden trail that parallels the green way.  Unfortunately we were forced to turn back due to the trail being under water.  We wrapped up the ruck with some bench step ups, dips, ruck presses, and leg raises.

COT:

Prayers for the pax that couldn’t make it out, Swipers dad, SirMixalot and his family, and for Peace.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Keep your eye off the score board and focus on the next play.  Wisdom shared with me from a good friend.  For the driven type its easy to focus on the stats, the score, the past, and what we want in the future.  In reality all we can do is focus on the next play and when that’s over on to the next.
