Man, it’s really coming down out there

Preamble:

Some mumble chatter the night before between Site Q and QIC regarding the forecast and the convenience of having a huge farmers market pavilion right there next to the park.

Warm-O-Rama:

Under the cozy protection of the roughly 4000SF pavilion, we moseyed and bernie’d from end to end 4 or 5 times, then hit some WMH, SSH, WP, and HillBillies.

The Thang:

Thang 1:  11’s
Reverse Lunges with the cinder at one end -Alpha Count
Farmers carry one cinder the length of the pavilion and perform Blockees.  Farmers carry back in the other hand.
That took longer than I thought.

Man, it’s really coming down out there!  Loving this cold, hard, dry concrete floor.

Thang 2:   We hit the cold dry floor and did some Dora.  Farmers Carry 2 cinders end to end while the other did 100 merkins, 200 LBC, 100 shoulder taps.

Finished with Heels to Heaven and Rosalita’s the last 2 minutes
