“Sun’s out, guns out” is coming fast, so YHC planned a devious arm blast.  Bring a cinder!

Warm-O-Rama:

Lugged the coupons up to the pool parking lot for a typical SSH, hillbillies, weed pickers warm up.

The Thang:

1. Farmer Carry Races
   1. Partner up
   2. One partner farmer carries 2 blocks to the end, the other partner runs all the way
   3. Loser does 5 burpees
   4. UPDATE:  Well, this didn’t work out as planned as the farmer carrying pax were way too fast and it wasn’t even close.  So we did it twice then did a catch-me-if-you-can with cinders around the parking lot.
2. Journey of Merkins
   1. Rifle carry to the first island
   2. 10 merkins on the block
   3. Rifle carry to the next island
   4. 10 merkins, all the way to the end and back
   5. 120 merkins total
3. Gatling Gun
   1. Rock pile by the pool – pick a rock
   2. 5 curls
   3. then rotate rocks to the right.
   4. Go all the way around
   5. Reversed direction and did 3 OH presses
   6. Finished with a superset of 10 curls + 1o OH press with original coupon
4. Hurricane Hoedown (Flutter kick circuit performed in cadence)
   1. Seated Flutter Kicks with hands raised in Hallelujahs.
   2. Seated Flutter Kicks with hands behind you.
   3. Slightly reclined Flutter Kicks.
   4. normal Flutter Kicks.
   5. LBC Flutter kicks.  oops forgot this one
