High Winds and Low Humidity

Preamble:

My M embraced the spirit of the Widowmaker, after seeing the high winds warning she increased my life insurance policy and put only chores requiring me to use our extension ladder this weekend.

Warm-O-Rama:

In search of protection from those high winds we moseyed to Widowmaker hill where we got motivated and a few other things,

The Thang:

Started down the hill with some merkins at the sewer cover and then to the bottom.  Met up with tried and true Roxanne at the bottom with SSH’s and burpees.  Moseyed around the lower loop with extra credit for the stallions.  Pyramids of Merkins, Mary-Katherines (jump lunges with hands vertically extended),  Fire-Hydrants  (high fire danger with low humidity), and mountain climbers.  Sprint to the sewer cover and mosey down between each exercise. Mosey back to the flag with some WW2’s and step ups on the way back. Finishing where we started with some motivators at the request of the PAX.

Prayers for Feathers family as they travel and lay to rest a loved one, Flo’s Mom with cancer,  relocations and the stresses that can bring, and all in need including those involved with the Ukraine conflict.

Naked-Man Moleskin:
