Preamble:

Stroller was kind of here as a pre-runner and joined for the COT, 8 miles by 6:15am, not too shabbby!

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

Pavilion – 20 step ups, 20 dips, 20 durkins, R&R 15, 10, 5

PAX Choice – 1 PAX ran a lap and gave an exercise on their way in until everyone had called on

Lt Bear Burpee Suicides Leveled Up

Bear crawls with ascending burpees at each stop, 18 yd, red line, mid-field and then back. then a mosey to the far line for the last round and back.

Finished with sets of 20ish merkins with laps around the flag island.

COT:

prayers for Spandex’s friend Jeff’s family and the Evans family as they go through the loss of Stewart (Aka Ready-Mix). Praises for Moonshine who got to baptise 2 of his kids in the ocean with his family there.
