Preamble:

Sugar signed up to Q  (it would be his last time to Q at the Bridge before moving), but, there was a call for a substitute Q on Slack.  YHC claimed the spot and  there was a mumblechatter about not using coupon.

Warm-O-Rama:

After disclaimer, we moseyed around the theater  and we settled near the stage for Weed Picker, Wind Mills, Good Morning, SSH & Moroccan night club.

The Thang:

YHC indicated the 4 pain stations around the green area

We started at station #1 for exercise #1 then mosey to station #2 for exercise #2 and then back to station #1 for exercise #1, then back to station #2 for exercise #2, then mosey to station #3 for exercise #3, then mosey back to station #2 for exercise #2, then back to station #1 for exercise #1, then mosey to station #2 for exercise #2, then mosey to station #3 for exercise #3, then mosey to station #4 for exercise #4, then mosey back to station #3 for exercise #3, then mosey back to station #2 for exercise #2, then mosey back to station #1 for exercise #1. Plank for the 6. Rinse & repeat for Round 2 (Arms) & Round 3 (legs).

Round 1: Abs
#1 10 Big Boy Sit ups
#2 15 Crunchy Frogs
#3 20 Box Cutters
#4 25 Leg Lifts

Round 2: Arms
#1 10 Annie
#2 15 Mercans
#3 20 Mt. Climbers
#4 25 Carolina Dry Dock

Round 3: Legs
#1 10 Lunges per leg (AC)
#2 15 Squats
#3 20 Monkey Humper.
#4 25 Calf Raise.

After we completed, we moseyed around the green and there was a mumblechatter about not doing burpees, so we did 5 burpees  🙂  and head back to the flag.

We still had time for elevens: dip & step-up.
