Preamble:

Continuing Tweakweek with the circle of hell with small and large tires.

Warm-O-Rama:

• 20 SSH
• 15 Weedpickers
• 15 Imperial Walkers
• 10 Abe Vigodas
• 5 Moroccan Nightclubs

The Thang:

We split into 2 groups of six.  Each taking turns being in the inner or outer circle.

1. Inner circle with small tires each curled the tires.  Outer circle with large tires did tire flips.
2. Inner circle with small tires each did tire squats.  Outer circle with large tires did tire pulls.
3. Inner circle with small tires each did tire lbcs.  Outer circle with large tires did tire partner carry.
4. Inner circle with small tires each did tire cusaks.  Outer circle with large tires with alternating tire squats with a spin.
5. Inner circle with small tires each did overhead tire throws.  Outer circle with alrge tires did plank circles.
