Good Vibrations – Lunges & Burpee on “Good Vibrations” from Team 1 & “Sweet Sensation” from Team 2 (Do you feel it baby?) FYI, Cox can breakdance among his many talents.
Keep Your Head Up – Squats, (3)SSHs on “up” & Burpee on “down”
Can’t Stop – Freddie Mercs & run on Pax call
Epic – Curls & run & run on Pax call…there were some Ice Skaters…it was epic.
Viva la Vida – Flutter Kicks & run on Pax call…Speedo added some diamond Merkins.
Whatever It Takes – SSHs & Burpee on “Whatever It Takes”
Definitely felt the adrenaline running through our veins. Nice work, Team!
