F3 Cornhole

Preamble:

Welcomed everyone to Rubicon/Dave n Busters, and after a basic disclosure, we moseyed to the pool parking lot.

Warm-O-Rama:

-10 SSH

-10 weed pickers

-10 Hill Billies

-Arm Circles

The Thang:

Inspired by Irene’s great Q last week, I kept the bar games coming with some F3 Cornhole;

Divided into 2 teams, red & blue.

Round 1: Burpees *1 per bag off the board

Mercans *1 per red bag on the board

Squats *1 per blue bag on the board

Dealers Choice *10 reps of Ab/Core exercise per bag in the hole.

*Run a lap

Round 2: *2 reps of each exercise per bag off & on

Round 3+: *3 reps of each exercise per bag off & on.

& so on….

With a very tight match and time running out, it came down to Isner & False Start battling it out at the end.  With each Pax hitting an airmail and getting a bag on the board, False Start sealed the victory for Team Blue with his landing his final bag on the right edge to take it by by 1 point.  We’ll done fellas!
