Ambassadors Deployed

Preamble:

The West side v East side tension has been palpable.  To keep the lid on, community leaders from both sides decided to send ambassadors to Q and make amends.   Stiff-Arm was deployed to Grindstone; Crab Cake to Jericho.   This is exactly how Tupac and Biggie died.

Warm-O-Rama:

Someone snitched and YHC heard about the planned drive-by targeting YHC during the warmup session – so he missed it.

The Thang:

East Coast v West Coast playlist in hand, YHC guided PAX to the indoor swimming pool just past the shaft.

running partner alternates between mosey / R side straddle / L side straddle / nur per lap

between each set of 100, team performs 25 BBSU

Sounds easy, right?  YHC thought so.  East side follows to the T.  West side struggles.  YHC was not surprised.
