35 degrees and kept the PAX warm

Preamble:

Showed up at 4:45AM to start my pre run early and circle back for the others. Deuce showed up at 4:55AM and Corn Dog followed not long after. We were off to run the Publix route and noticed a tree down in the upper parking lot. Spit Valve can you make sure this is taken care before Friday?

Warm-O-Rama:

Short mosey to the big parking lot by the tax office. Circled up and completed the following:

SSH

Weed Pickers

Willie Mays Hayes

Hill Billies

Thought we saw Bagel pull up and we did one more:

The Thang:

Thang #1: Short mosey to the hill near the tennis courts. Once there we completed 11’s.

Burpees and Squats

Thang #2: Short mosey to the left football field and circled up at midfield. Old school 4 corners:

20 – Merkins corner 1 run back to midfield and do 3 Burpees

18 – Jump Squats corner 2 run back to midfield and do 3 Burpees

16 – Big Boy Sit-ups corner 3 run back to midfield and do 3 Burpees

14- Carolina Dry Docks corner 4 run back to midfield and do 3 Burpees

Rinse and repeat decreasing the count by 2 at each corner

Goal was to keep PAX moving and warm! Success

COT:

Prayers for those that could not join us, prayers for Soul Glo and the country of Turkey after the earthquake. Prayers for Corn Dogs daughter and the mission trip she is currently on.
