Four Corners Escalator (modified to be carried out under the pavilion).  Then alternate after each “corner” by Lunge Walk around the pavilion, Bear Crawl the pavilion, etc…

Corner 3:  10 Mercans, 20 Freddie Mercs (A), 30 Squats

Corner 4:  10 Mercans, 20 Freddie Mercs (A), 30 Squats, 40 LBC’s

What must go up, must also go down!  Round 2 – slight alternate with a lap around the basketball court of run, then Bernie, run, Bernie…or something like that.

Mosey back to the Windjammer flag, a round of mary consisted of Mercans, Gas Pumpers, Dollys, LBCs (more? yikes), and E2K’s.  During this time our flag fell to the ground so we paid our penalty of 10-15 burpees each.

Shout out to the PAX who beat the fartsack on a rainy Friday.  Easily the hardest situation to avoid the fartsack and bail on an HC.  We went 6 for 6.  Low numbers but 100% commitment.
