It’s All Done Out of Love

Preamble:

With it being Valentine’s Day, wanted to make sure the Meathouse crew got some lovin’ (in sort of a Marquis de Sade kind of way). Good thing was that YHC got some inspiration from our beloved NANTAN (like the Monkees inspiring the Beattles), so a variation on a theme by Speedo was chosen. Veteran crew, so shortened disclaimer with emphasis on modify as necessary was given

Warm-O-Rama:

12 each of: weedpickers, Willie Mays Hays, Moroccan nightclubs, Hillbillies. Grab your block and ruck, quick walk to the back parking lot.

The Thang:

With a focus on form, pax performed max effort / amraps to failure of the following exercises with a lap around the parking lot after each exercise (farmer carry to corner 1, Zamperini to corner 2, farmer carry to corner 3, Zamperini to start):

Squat with block

Mercan

Kettlebell swings

Lunges

Stiff leg deadlines

Overhead presses

Bent rows

Curls

Skull crushers

Carry blocks back to the flag (which we need), did 7 copperhead squats and that was time.

Prayers for Puffdaddy’s colleague, Martha, specifically for her mother to be healed from the effects of Covid.
