After disclaimer, we did a short mosey for Weed Picker, Wind Mills, SSH, Imperial Walker & Michael Phelps.
The Thang:
PAX did 11’s with BLIMPS. Begin 3 round of 11 with
- Burpees and Squat
- Lunges and Plank Jack
- Imperial Walker and Mercans.
YHC has to call for time before we could complete the last round.
