Hail to the Chief

Preamble:

“Legend has it took six strong men to pull the President out of his bathtub after a trip to El Trompo”

In honor of our nation’s highest office, and tacos we did assemble in the gloom for some fun and a bit of running.

Warm-O-Rama:

We warmed up with the following:

-SSH

-Weedpickers

-Windmills

-Morrocan Night Clubs

The Thang:

We did a mosey over to the Perimeter parking lot island and kicked off our session of Presidential trivia and exercises.

We started off with the question of: Which President was the first to do a live TV press conference?

Answer: JFK, when everyone guessed wrong kicking off our first exercise  10 Burpees and 10 Mountain climbers, followed by bear crawls and lunge walks.

The second exercise was 10 merkins and we proceeded to mosey over to the main area of the Perimeter parking lot and did two round of running with Trivia exercises mixed in.

We then ran up to the track area and worked through the remainder of the Presidential questions, doing work-outs and discussing the benefits of taking on extra tacos in our diets to stave off assassin bullets.

We then ran back to the flag and finished up with 5 minutes of Mary.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It was a pleasure to put together the Presidential trivia questions and BD idea.  In additional to the  fun of the BD, we also got int about 3.3 miles of running in preparation for my attempt at the upcoming Publix half marathon in ATL.
