Vicious Escalations

Preamble:

43 degrees, but felt like 53.  A beautiful clear morning and 6 PAX ready to go.

Warm-O-Rama:

Warm up was a mosey around the pavilion loop with high knees, butt kickers, and caraokake left and right.  We circled up for some SSH, windmills, weedpickers, hillbillies, and arm circles.  YHC was definitely warm as I overdressed for the cold.

The Thang:

We headed over the ALP for the following:

2x Vicious Circles: PAX lined up on one side of the circle and began bear crawling in a row.  The last PAX went to the center and did 30 alpha count Freddy Mercury’s, then went to the front of the row.  We continued until all PAX had gone to the center, then switch directions.  Same format but we crab-walked and the last PAX did 10 burpees.

Next up was a 5-corners escalator:

• 10 little baby flutter crunches
• 20 sumo squats
• 30 merkins
• 40 bonnie blair’s (single count)
• 50 american hammers (alpha).

Wait for the 6 then deescalate.

With 11 minutes remaining on the clock we wrapped up with a round of Jack Webb and some Mary.

COT:

Prayers for Dinghy as he continues the employment search.  Prayers for Dreamer’s friend who is making difficult medical choices at a young age.
