Preamble:

YHC had the Q and it had been a while since we did the Firehouse run. I dug back in the archives to spin this hit number – It’s an old standby that is always good for a challenging beatdown.

The Thang:

Had one PAX pick a number between 1 and 10 – Pax picked 7 had another PAX pick a number between 1 and 3. Pax picked 2 – so all the rep counts were 7 x 2 =14

Did a variety of exercises – The PAX groaned several times that I was providing too much stimulation to the upper body – But I was trying my best to rotate between – Upper, Lower, and Ab work each exercise.

Also was trying to have the PAX go three light poles to get a bit more running in between exercises but was informed that I was somehow mis counting.  The PAX certainly had a LOT to say during this beatdown. Especially one PAX in particular. I will take that into account and make sure I take care of that on the next BD I lead at the Firehouse – Bet! 🙂
