Happy Hoochie Hump Day

Preamble:

Mostly recovered from the race over the weekend, YHC promised no themed beatdown but hoped to provide a solid butt-kicking nonetheless.

Warm-O-Rama:

Warmed up in place while the last few PAX filed in…

• SSH
• Weedpickers
• Windmills
• Imperial Walkers

Mosey to the bakery for…

• Copperhead Squats
• Mountain Climbers
• 5 Burpees

The Thang:

The PAX moseyed toward the church but were interrupted by 4 sets of 5 burpees along the way.

We arrived at the ‘Chapel Hill’ and paired off for some partner Dora:

• 100 Mercans
• 200 Squats
• 300 Plank Jacks

Bernie Sanders up the hill and moseyed back around while partner performed exercises, then switch.

Once the Six was in, the PAX moseyed to the upper parking lot for 4 Corners.

• Corner 1: 21 V-Ups
• Corner 2: 20 Squat Jumps
• Corner 3: 19 Freddy Mercury’s
• Corner 4: 18 Pistol Squats

15 Curb Dips were performed in the middle between each corner.

Corners were repeated and PAX reduced reps by 1 at each corner.

Dips were omitted after 2 rounds for time, then time was called with 2 minutes (i.e. not enough time) to mosey back to the flag. A little extra credit never hurt anyone though.

We picked up a downrange PAX as we returned to the flag. Stump Jumper missed the start and could not locate the group after we headed for the church. We got to enjoy some Coffeeteria time with him though!

COT:

Praise for Plumb Bob’s success over the last year. Prayers for McCracken’s mom’s recovery after a great attack this week and his father-in-law’s surgery. Prayers for Humperdinck’s son’s struggles and the course of treatment.

Naked-Man Moleskin:
