Preamble:

My goal for this beatdown was to keep it simple, very simple.  There were 10 songs in my playlist and 5 exercises that we would do twice.  Tada!

Warm-O-Rama:

I short mosey around the parking lot which included side shuffles and karaoke.  We circled up and performed arm circles forward and backward, and mountain climbers.  We partnered up including a cinder for each pair, and then headed to the parking lot next to the playground.

The Thang:

It was only 5 exercises:

  1. Blockees
  2. Curls
  3. Cinder Swings
  4. Cinder Press with V Ups
  5. Thrusters

While each song played one PAX would perform the exercise while the other would run a loop around the parking lot.  They would then flip-flop after the runner completed two burpees.  Continue this until the song was over then move on to the next exercise.  Complete this cycle twice.  After the 10th song, we headed back to the flag to finish up.

COT:

There is a party at Speedo’s house this weekend while his M travels to Florida!  It should be a major rager considering the Mexican Cartel is sponsoring the event.
