Jetlagged Tour de Alpha

Preamble:

Wasn’t sure I was going to make it much less anyone else to run.  Ended up with 2 PAX that had both traveled in late the night before for an early morning run…

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up here, we just ran….

The Thang:

Did the Alpharetta loop up Crabapple to Houze and down Rucker to Charlotte Drive.  Down to Bethany and up to the High School and back around the back entrance to Crossroads.   Since there was only two of us we extended the total distance to 6.2 miles.

COT:

Only two so no prayers today.
