Warm-O-Rama:
- Side straddle hops
- Toy soldiers
- Abe Vigodas
- Finkle Swings
- Merkins
The Thang:
- Start moseying in single file line around track. Last PAX does 5 burpees and runs to front of line. Repeat until all PAX have done burpees.
- Switch to lunge walks and increase to 10 burpees
- Switch to bear crawl and increase to 15 burpees
- Collect coupon and switch to bunny murders / cusack and decrease to 10 burpees
