Second Choice Track Work

Preamble:

Couple of pre-runners got the morning started off right… YHC doesn’t know much about track workouts but ChatGPT sure did, and that is what we are going to do….

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up, straight to it.

The Thang:

Tried to go to the Milton High School track but they have the gates all locked up now, guess football season is back.  So we made an audible and ran over to the Norhtwestern Middle School track for the workout.

3 rounds of 400 yard sprint, then 400 yard easy jog/resting

Then 2 rounds of 800 at 70% effort with one lap of rest in between.

Then we headed back home.
