I grabbed the Q for Baskins.  For the first time I didn’t feel nervous or even plan what I would do for my Q.  I told Swiper and coffeteria that I winged it and it felt good.  He told me it was like a major milestone in my life (like the kids getting out of diapers)…I can now look forward and be more confident in leading this great group of men when needed.
