3 Jacks – Black Jack, Plank Jack and Cracker Jack

Start on the sideline of a football field. Perform 1 Cracker Jack – run to other sideline – perform 20 Plank Jacks. Run back and do 2 CJs. Run back for 19 PJs. Repeat until you do 20 CJs and 1 PJ, running between the sidelines. Always adds up to 21 – BLACK JACK!

We cut it short due to time.

Stayed on football field and outlined a baseball field

3rd Base – Squats
Bear Crawl to next base

Do it again but new exercises and more of means of transportation

Second Inning

Batter – 3 Burpees
1st Base – Big Boy Sit-ups
2nd Base – Diamond Merkins
3rd Base – Monkey Humpers
Duck Walk to next base

Indian Run back towards flag and stopped at coupon pile for a little Ring of Fire with coupons.
