Making Christmas Cards

Preamble:

A text from Caffey about sending out Christmas Cards made me realize that I do not have a card and I could use some help making one. Will Pax be willing to help?

Warm-O-Rama:

We picked up some blocks. It was kind of warming up

The Thang:

A series on the field that started at one end zone moved diagonally down the field for an exercise, across the field for another, and back to start before doing 800m run. The rounds looked like this:

• Peter Parker – LBC – Curls
• Mountain Climbers – Freddie’s – Dercan on our cinder
• Plank Jack – Big Boys – Presses
• Shoulder Taps – Flutter Kicks – Skull Crushers
• Burpees – Hammer – Skull Crushers

On that last round Turbine tweaks his hammy so we cut back the 800m laps and stick to our tree. It is also suggested we get the trunk right so a bear crawl and a lunge walk does the work.

We hit time and return the blocks
