Totally cruddy weather didn't keep 5 men from getting stronger.Warm-O-Rama:
Warm up under the safety and relative dryness of the pavilion.The Thang:
Board of pain presented with 12 different exercises plus some stuff in between each exercise. Goal was to get 58 reps of each exercise but not all at once. We informally decided to break them up into 20-20-18 and got through them all but had to modify on the in between stuff for sake of time.
