Preamble:
Everything changes and evolves - sometimes for the better, sometimes to the detriment of that which is changing. Regardless, if we as individuals don't evolve in all aspects, we end up as sluggards that take up space and air. It was this notion of driving forth the need for movement from homo flacidus to homo erectus that inspired YHC to put together today's workout. So, disclaimer given, we were OFF!Warm-O-Rama:

- Homo flacidus to Home erectus - Pax lined up across the base of the ramp on the first parking spot. Pax then conducted 1 Block Mercan, 1 Row, 1 Good morning, 1 KettleBell Swing, and 1 Squat Thruster. Pax then Zamperini carried their block up the ramp to the parking row adjacent to the last charger (about 30 yards). Continued on to 2 of each exercise. Proceed back down to bottom and conduct 3, then on all the way up to 10 of each. Imperial Walker for the 6. Lose the rucks, and proceed with the evolutionary process to.....
- Descend back to wriggling on the ground - Pax again lined up across the base of the ramp, feet uphill. Pax then conducted 1 block press, 1 block LBC, and 1 block WW3 situp. Stand up, farmer's carry right hand up the ramp, stopping at the parking row again at the charger. Feet uphill, repeat exercises at 2 reps. Farmer's carry left hand down the ramp, continue through process to 10 reps of each. Put rucks back on and carry blocks back to the flag
- Lucky 7's (back to Homo Erectus) - Along the wall at the flag, conduct alpha count step ups (6) to 1 block curl. Repeat through to 5/2, 4/3, etc.
- Short version of Mary (2 minutes) - gas pumpers and pickle pointers and that was TIME
