Preamble:

YHC celebrates another rep around the sun.  Speaking of which, the sun will be covered today.  Time to get after it.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the dumpster parking lot for SSH, WMH, Weed Pickers, and Wind Mills IC Sprint up the dark and bumpy hill while jugdish returned back from unloading a busload of kids at the pool.

The Thang:

  • E - elevens at the top of the Grindstone cliffs.   Pull-ups w/ 3 sec hold and Derkins on the bars
  • C - Crunchy Frogs

  • I - Incline Merkins
  • P - Peter Parkers - in half cock plank position
  • S - Squats
  • E - E2k
Besides the 11’s, the rep count was determined by how far a PAX could launch a frisbee.  (Ex. Throw it 27 yards, then do 100 - 27 = 73 reps).  Then sprint to the opposite goal line. Not enough time for 46 burpees so PAX did 4.6 burpees til time.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Birthdays are a great time to reflect.  Grateful for the most obvious things in my life - family and friends.  That made my day that much more joyful.   F3 has been a huge part of pushing my leadership professionally and personally, and keeping me in shape to keep up with the kids - plus the relationships with PAX has been truly special.    Stay grateful - it elevates life.
