The Thang:
We had a Tabatta workout with 5 stations. Each of the stations had 6 sets. the pax completed a set for each of the stations for 50 seconds with a 10 second recovery. Once the PAX had gone through all the stations for one set we took a 4o sec recovery and then moved to the next set.
