Preamble:

Lightweight and Weasley tried to figure out who was leading the Q.

Warm-O-Rama:

Lightweight lead the group with SSH, Weed pickers, and imperial walkers.

The Thang:

Weasley had the group meet on the football field.   Lined up at one end of the field and did 35 squat thrust with coupon, run to mid field and do 30 sit-ups, run to end of filed and do 25 Merkins and run back to other side of field. We repeated this 3 times and then everyone caught up to the 6th to finish out that round. We did a slow mosey around the football field. We started back at the end of the field and did squat thrust with a count off. first person said 1 and we did one squat thrust and did that all the way up to the 10 person saying 10 and we did 10 squat thrust. We followed that pattern in the middle of the field with Situps and at the other end of the field with merkins. We finished with another run around the field and bring our coupons back to where they belong.
