Got up 20 minutes early to lounge around and peruse the Atlas backblasts for some inspiration. Found two that sounded great, so off we go!
Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, weed pickers, windmills, arm circles, Phelps
The Thang:
Super 21's - one LBC and one press, then two LBC's and two presses, etc. all the way up to 21. We stopped at 10, 13, 15, 17, and then each count up to 21 to do 21 reps of one exercise (curls, squats, mountain climbers, lunges, etc.)
Thang 2: pain stations. We didn't have much time, so YHC picked three exercises and we rotated. The exercises were incline/decline merkin on your cinder, curls, and cinder swings.
At False Start's request, we listened to Tenacious D the entire time. Interesting stuff...
