Preamble:

6 PAX answered the call and got stronger today. And put in some miles.

Warm-O-Rama:

Actually, we did a little warm up today. Mosey to downtown Alpha behind Smokejack and did SSH and Weedpickers.

The Thang:

We headed over to the green for a 4 corner Escalator.
  • 15 Drydocks
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Freddy Mercury
  • 10 Burpees
Then we De-Escalated, going in reverse. Next up we went to the Alpha Loop and had a few pain stations along the route, eventually stopping at the little park across from Avalon for 5 pull-ups each. Next was more running. Then a merkin mile up Academy Street. Ending back at Innovation parking lot for a few more tricks, ultimately settling for 3 minutes of Mary. Approx 4.5 miles total.

COT:

Prayers for a tough conversation that Devito was having with his daughter's friend's Dad. Praise and gratitude for our ability to get out of bed each day and do hard things in the gloom which builds our minds and bodies.
