The Thang:
- Started off with 11s (Merkins/Burpees). MOT run between sidelines on lacrosse field.
- Next up, 20 minute AMRAP
- 10 Big Boys
- 10 Apolo Ohno's (Alpha count)
- 10 Carolina Dry Docks
- 10 Squats
- 10 Pickle Pounders
- Lunge walk to mid-filed
- Run remaining half-field to opposite sideline, run back.
- repeat till time is up.
- Finished with an Indian run (3 laps of the lacrosse field).
