Inspired by the lack of recent leg days, and his wife's (your a$$ is getting smaller body shaming), the QIC decided to make Friday a Leg-pocalypse...

Warm-O-Rama:

  • Side straddle hops
  • Weed pickers
  • Toy soldiers
  • Mosey to the bottom of the hill and back (back peddle up the bottom 1/2 of the hill)

The Thang:

Round 1:
  • Complete all w/ coupon:
    • 100 squats
    • 100 lunges (beta)
    • 100 swings
  • Every time you take a break, or transition to a new exercise complete one of these ab exercises before resuming (you choose):
    • 30 LBCs
    • 20 Big boys
    • 20 V-ups
After all PAX completed round 1, we bear crawled the length of the parking lot and ran back to the start. Round 2:
  • Complete all (no coupon):
    • 25 Lieutenant Dans
    • 50 step-ups (beta)
    • 50 calf raises
  • Every time you take a break, or transition to a new exercise complete one of these ab exercises before resuming (you choose):
    • 30 LBCs
    • 20 Big boys
    • 20 V-ups
With 3 minutes remaining, each PAX selected a 1 minute exercise for the group.
