Thang 3 - we explored the new playground equipment in the Sports Park with some line upper body exercises on the rope snake; followed by 2 rounds of 10 pull-ups 10 Swerkins & 25 dips Thang 4 - 50 Mountain Climbers at the big flag; we ain't no Fortunate Sons, no.
